01 General Terms

These terms and conditions govern the use of the 1 xbat platform (https://1xbat.cash). By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms.

1 xbat reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes on the platform, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Scope of Application

• These terms and conditions apply to all members — both new and existing.
• These rules apply to all use of 1 xbat via mobile app, website, or any other device.
• Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or bonuses.

02 Account Registration

Eligibility Requirements

To open an account with 1 xbat, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.

KYC Verification

To make a withdrawal or process transactions above a certain limit on 1 xbat, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting one of the following identity documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

KYC verification is usually completed within 24 to 48 hours. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

Accepted payment methods at 1 xbat include Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking services. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are not available until KYC verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals (over ৳1,00,000) may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

1 xbat offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page. General bonus terms are outlined below:

Wagering Requirement

• To withdraw a bonus, you must first wager a specified amount — this is known as the wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Only bets placed with real money or bonus funds count toward wagering — special rules apply to free bets.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed once per account, unless stated otherwise.
• Multiple members sharing the same IP address, device, or household may not claim the same bonus.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• 1 xbat reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

05 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed in the 1 xbat Sports Betting section:

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• A bet is only considered valid once a confirmation message has been received from the system.
• 1 xbat reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Bets may be placed before an event begins. For live betting, specific time restrictions apply.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

Odds & Payouts

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final, unless a technical error is proven.
• Payouts are credited directly to your account balance.
• An accumulator bet pays out in full only if all selections win. If one event is cancelled, that selection will be counted at odds of 1.00.

06 Casino Rules

The following rules apply to all games in the 1 xbat casino section, including slots, Live Casino, table games, and other titles:

• Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate, as set by the game provider.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result is saved on our servers and can be viewed later.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Winning a progressive jackpot may require additional verification before payout.
• Not all games are available with bonus balance — bonuses apply only to the games specified in the relevant bonus terms.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1 xbat. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or identities to claim bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Match Fixing: Participating in or facilitating any form of match manipulation.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach the platform's security.
• Third-Party Payments: Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment method.

08 Responsible Gaming

1 xbat believes betting is entertainment — not a problem. That's why we encourage every member to play responsibly. The following free protective tools are available on every account:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a given period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 1 to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent account closure.

10 Dispute Resolution

2. Step 2: If support is unable to resolve your issue, request an escalation to a manager. You can typically expect a response within 48 hours.
3. Step Three: If the issue remains unresolved after both steps, you may escalate your complaint to the Licensing Authority.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

Closed at Member's Request

Any member may request account closure at any time. Please ensure you withdraw your available balance before the account is closed.

Closed by 1 xbat

1 xbat may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Terms & Conditions Violation
• Providing False Information
• Fraudulent or Deceptive Activity
• KYC Verification Failure
• Bonus Abuse
• Suspected Money Laundering

Members are generally notified and given an opportunity to respond before their account is closed. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

12 Changes to Terms

1 xbat reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be made following the process below:

• Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification in advance.
• The date of any changes will be noted on this page under "Last Updated".
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you have the right to close your account.
